Hello Pride Riders! It’s time for the NH rail trail rain date!
Join us Sunday August 9th with Vermont Bicycle Club for a rail trail group ride in New Hampshire! We’ll be headed over to the presidential rail trail, which is a part of the cross NH trail, for a fun 24 mile ride that wanders by the Cherry Ponds, alongside the Israel River, and features beautiful views of the presidential mountain range!

Location: 289 Airport Rd, Whitefield, NH 03598 Parking lot for Pondicherry Wildlife Refuge
Maps hint: Type in Pondicherry Wildlife Refuge instead of the address for the most accurate GPS directions
Ride length: allow for 4ish hours, not entirely riding, but for stopping to appreciate views, eat snacks, and enjoy the casual paced ride.

What to Bring: Layers, weather even in the foothills of the white mountains can be unpredictable, have a little wind layer if you usually find you get a little chilly on breezy rides. Snacks and/or lunch! You’ll want to fuel up on this ride since it will span a few hours of riding.
This is a great beginner friendly ride. Mostly flat terrain, dirt/gravel surface, and entirely off road.
